About Us

What is Fit Soldiers?

Fit Soldiers comes from a passion for fitness and a vision to provide a results driven fitness program that will promote a life time of health and wellness.  We have a growing community of people from all fitness backgrounds who have come together for the common goal of health and wellness through fun, effective, and efficient exercise, as well as proper nutrition.

Fit Soldiers is committed to providing safe and effective results driven programs that will enable you to see the best results possible in the least amount of time. You will experience a unique functional total body cardio strength-training program that is strategically designed to put you on the fast track to your goals.  Through proper diet and exercise, our mission is to improve your overall health and fitness, and help you reach your goals from fat loss to sports performance.

Who is it for?

We all have our own starting place as well as short term and long term goals.  Our program is designed for the young in age and the young at heart.  We currently have boot campers between the ages of 11-70.  Our program is designed to adapt to any fitness level and most physical and medical conditions.  Our program works for everyone but is not right for every one.  Schedule your Try-Out today.

What to expect?

Expect to work hard.  Very little growth is found within your comfort zone.  Boot camps last 60 minutes, are held to a maximum of 12 people, and include your warm-up, workout, and cool down.  Workouts are designed so that each person can work their hardest for each given exercise by utilizing progressions and modifications specific to you.

You will never see the same workout twice. We offer unique “outside the box” equipment which you will never see in your local gym.

What makes us different?
