What an amazing day.  We cracked the door open today.  High of 60!  Here is a pic of the day from our 7am rockin’ out a 30:30

Boot Campers, sign up for the Saturday morning Grocery Store Tour.  Only a couple spots left.  (9:00am)

Boot Camp Open House Saturday @ 10:00am.  All new, newish, old or curious boot campers welcome.  Come checkout the New and Improved Fit Soldiers Fitness Boot Camp!

Talking and thinking about fitness does nothing.  They are excuses.  Stop talking, stop thinking. Start Doing!  See you Saturday!
