Hello Fit Soldiers,

You've got to check this recipe out.  My amazing wife Katie made this for my birthday this past Monday.  Parmesan Crusted Halibut.  She actually made it with haddock and I could probably eat it forever.  Go pick up some fish and give this one a try.  It won't let you down.

Hope your hungry.  Here is your tasty recipe of the week.  It is very important to get three servings of seafood/fish in per week.  Why not make it tasty!  Throw some broccoli for some rich anti-oxidants.  Make it a recipe for YUMM.

Hey Team!

Lets talk yummy food.  Snacks in particular!  I've got this amazing and simple recipe for hummus that you have to try.  Really healthy, awesome source of fiber, and good fats.  Use it as a dip for some fresh vegetables, or substitute it for mayonnaise on your next sandwich!  Make up a batch on Sunday and take it for a snack throughout the week!
