If You Can't Excell With Talent...
We understand that our members may never be the next Lance Armstrong, Michael Jordan, or NFL Champions. However, our members and the pro's ALL have something in common.

EFFORT
The title is the beginning of a quote by Dave Weinbaum. "If you can't excel with talent, Triumph with Effort!
That is exactly what we see our members doing day in and day out, and it shows. We see weight, and body composition goals reached, performance goals exceeded, personal goals touch our hearts, and many more examples on a daily basis.
Just because Lance has a God given talent to cycle, that doesn't mean it was easy for him to win a record 7 Tour de France titles. Michael Jordan wasn't just a gifted baller. The New England Patriots aren't just the most talented team in the NFL. (might catch some slack for that, and don't blame me for the Broncos choosing one of our former coaches, its not like we made you take him)
All of these individuals and teams have put in just a little more effort to one up their competitors.
We don't ask for the Jordans and Armstrongs here at our fitness boot camps. Yea that would be cool but we dont prefer them.
What we really want is YOU. The every day worker, weekend warrior, the "I NEED to change my life now" kind of person.
We want the determined YOU, that is going to put in the hard work to get the most out of our fitness program. The other trainers and myself eagerly seeking and creating the best most efficient ways to get you fit.
All we ask is that you put in the effort.
Our program will work for everyone, but is not right for everyone. Do you have the effort to see the best you possible?

This is so true. We are looking for the "I need to change my life now" type attitudes. The do or die I need to get my life back on track. The rewards are priceless... better health, more energy, more productivity, reduce in stress, etc... I don't get how so many people take these for granted..
