We are honored and humbled to have worked with you since 2010. A lot has changed from locations to people, times and dates. Our favorite has been the many minds and bodies of those who have made positive consistent changes to their fitness and nutrition habits!
We currently have three offerings to help guide you towards better health and fitness. Boot Camp (groups 5+ people), Semi-Private (2-4 people), and Personal Training (1-on-1). Fitness Boot Camp
Join the fun of a group class! Boot Camp is a balanced, total body fitness experience that is centered around functional movements and fun. We are here to coach you through proper form and help you discover a new you. Not sure if it's right for you? We are here to meet you where you're at regardless of your current fitness level or an old injury. Your workouts will be challenging but we also believe that they have to be fun in order to be most effective. Join us as we guide you through your workouts and along your journey towards improved health and fitness. Join us for a free week to try it out. The county subsidizes 50% of the total monthly cost. Semi-Private Personal Training
Gather a few co-workers and allow us to customize a program for you. Semi-Private training is 2-4 people with similar (not necessarily the same) fitness goals. You may be at different starting points, but we will make adjustments to the program in order to meet you where you're at. SPT starts with a small group assessment to determine the best program for your group. Small group training versus a larger group session also makes it easier for us to give you the focus and attention that you need to make more significant progress towards your goals. All while reducing the cost of a one-on-one training session.

1-on-1 Personal Training
Do you have specific goals? Maybe an old injury or health condition that requires a program designed specifically for you? Fit Soldiers 1-on-1 training will do just that! Beginning with an assessment, we will develop a custom exercise plan just for you and guide you through every step of the way, ensuring that you're moving properly while improving your strength and fitness. This program will also include more detailed nutrition coaching towards your specific goal(s).
All sessions are 60-minutes
Fitness Assessments for 1-on-1 and Semi-Private include:
• Review of health history
• Discuss and establish your goals
• Review current nutrition and assign basic habits
• Observe and assess baseline static posture and movement patterns (reassessed monthly)
• Record baseline measurements (scale weight, circumference measurements, body fat %, and BMI, reassessed monthly)
